The Villa rental has full access of all amenities exept owners and staffs quarters.
The Villa has a charming Tuscan kitchen with a vintage table to seat 8, complete with a wood burning grill and a well-equipped back up kitchen that will meet the needs of family gatherings and big parties. Attached to this kitchen is a beautiful large dining room that can accommodate 24, a stone fireplace and guest bathroom. The living room with its 500 year old stone walls, has a big stone fireplace, flat screen TV, DVD.
These public rooms are all on the ground floor.
The 2nd floor has all the bedrooms and private bathrooms except for a queen bedroom and bathroom, on the 3rd floor, very private.
