Madonna dell’Oliva is extra-virgin artisanal olive oil from the five-hundred-year-old Villa Lucia, a private, organic property in Montevettolini, Italy.
Nestled in the rolling hills just north of Florence, in an area known as the nursery of Europe, popular for its artisans and hand crafted traditional foods, Villa Lucia’s olive trees are natured in the lavish golden warmth of the Tuscan sun. Proprietor Lucia personally oversees the acres of Frantoio, Leccio and Pentolino olive trees, managing the yearly growth, harvest and blending of the olives, which result in this world-class olive oil.

The olives are harvested by hand, at the perfect moment of ripeness, and swiftly brought to a processing facility merely minutes away.
